We collect: customer name, email address, uploaded pet photos, order reference, payment session metadata, and security/anti-fraud submission metadata.
Why We Process Your Data
We process your data to perform our contract with you (create and fulfill your order), maintain service security, and meet legal obligations (such as accounting and fraud prevention where applicable).
Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy terms.
Storage and Security
We use managed cloud services with encryption and access controls to store order and image data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed to fulfill orders, support customers, and meet legal obligations. We review and delete data when no longer required.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable. You can also withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent.
